  1. I concur, anything for profits. even when you take them to court after they mistreat you, they have all types of delay tactics to drain your resources. its a shame, a company that once had values has lost it.

  2. Although 100,000's of hispanics lost their lives in WW1,WWII, Korea,Vietnam, and Iraq, we have never seen Commercials with latinos nor latinas in 40 years. Now thats what I call fraud or precisely, racism as if equately blacks as a Hispanics. This is why we have never nor will ever join USAA because it is trully a fraud!!

  3. So I'm not the only one who got FUCKED by USAA insurance…I owned a car that was hit by a drunk driver…the truck was owned by the driver but the driver wasn't allowed to be driving it, only the truck he was driving was insured so i didn't get paid shit for him destroying my car, wonder if i should look into this more to see if USAA was responsible to pay for my vehicle.
JUST LIKE I ALWAYS SAID…INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE HAPPY TO TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN THEY HAVE TO PAY YOU A PENNY THEY WANT TO BEND YOU OVER, FUCK YOU UP THE ASS AND THEN TELL YOU TO GO FUCK YOURSELF…FUCK YOU INSURANCE COMAPANIES, HOPE YOU ALL GET FUCKED IN HELL EVER DAY

  4. USAA is ripping me off too. They have lied to me and have find every loophole to not pay what they owe. If I want to get what is due I will have to take them to court and it's just not worth it. Their client crashed into my wife and they deemed their client to be at fault. They said they would cover my rental while my car was being fixed. Instead they only paid the "business" days. Even though my car was being fixed over Christmas and New Years, they did not cover weekends or holidays. My car also had mechanical issues after the wreck and they did not cover those costs. I will concur that the adjusters are unprofessional and rude.

  5. Yes! Denied my claim then cancelled all my accounts and insurance without a notice because they reported it as a fraudulent report! When I couldn't log in for some reason I called and the rep. told me! When I asked why I wasn't notified she said it's standard mail and should be there in 5-7 days?!?! Because that's nit important! We offered help if they need further evidence for our claim as well because they said they were having a hard time getting enough together, they said they will let us know if they need help then boom everything cancelled… And they are now trying to make me pay off a 6month auto insurance that I used for 1 month after the most recent renewal! Also they still have a vehicle on it that I don't even own anymore… Then received a new debit card in the mail a few days later?!?! And now a late payment fee and to avoid cancellation (really?!) I need to pay it even though I have no access to my accounts and everything is cancelled as stated previously?!?! Seriously get your act together not mine l Italy friendly at all and will soon be off limits to soldiers(Thank goodness) at this astonishing rate! Wish I had watched and read all the reviews on it earlier!

  6. USAA is built on the fundamental fraud of being a membership Insurance association. That owns a Savings & Loans. And an investment brokerage. And . . . we don't know what all else because of the lack of information shared from USAA to its membership. So USAA sells investment products related to its insurance. So lowering the amount paid out in claims increases the value of the brokered insurance investment product. Its a win-win for USAA in both of the separate companies: the insurance company that owns the brokerage selling its products. Its a win/lose for causing some veterans and their families to benefit at the expense of another class of veterans and their families. I'm hoping someone will tell me this isn't true. It shouldn't be. Tell me it isn't.

  7. I need to agree that USAA is a giant fraud.  The company reminds me of and I would have to compare USAA to the old retired 1SGs and SGMs that ran pawn shops and used car lots outside of Fort Carson, CO when I was a PVT.  USAA's latest scheme that I am dealing with is roof age.  My roof is 10 years old.  It will last another 10 years. And, if I'm lucky another 20.  Absolutely nothing wrong with it.  Since, I do not have the newer rubber and composite roof I'll be charged a higher premium if it is damaged.  Really?  I figure keep my rates the same let me save a little so I can get that new roof.  Neither here nor there.  When I was in Afghanistan my homeowner's insurance went up because of the wild fires in Colorado.  My home is no where near the woods. I am an active duty veteran and considering another insurance carrier.  I hope to be their number one employee because I'll need a job when I retire.

  8. USAA also scams you on your Auto Insurance, read your auto policy.  It states they have the right to use Aftermarket parts=A/M= none Manufacture parts.  If you lease your vehicle, your lease contract states NO A/M PARTS can be used, therefore, leaving you to pay the difference.  The second problem is be careful because the insurance company is NOT in your best interest.  The reason they refer you to their "STAR SHOPS" is not to help you but for them to get your repairs at the lowest cost, sometime repaired unsafely.  Check the shops out, some don't even have updated equipment's, therefore, doing unsafe repairs.

  9. USAA just denied my life insurance application, citing my service connected disabilities as the reason for the denial.

Real classy, USAA. A company that supposedly caters to veterans denies service to a veteran because of things that happened while he was becoming a veteran. Way to go.

  10. USAA is using unethical practices on several levels, they are regulated by http://www.occ.treas.gov/ I urge all those who see anything not adding up in their statements, shammed credit card and loan interest, unethical double dipping on NSF fees or insurance scams, to report to the above site. Do your due diligence and report this company. Do not waste your time with them, they hide behind "great customer service". Do your part people and report any wrong doings.
