Gregory J. Kuchak, 70, of Newark, Delaware, previously of Gouldsboro, died at property Sunday surrounded by his loving family members.
Greg graduated from Mt. Pocono Superior Faculty in 1964, the University of Scranton in 1968, and officer candidate school becoming a to start with lieutenant in the Military.
He worked as an account manager and senior units engineer for Digital Information Systems (EDS) at Continental Everyday living Insurance plan Co. for 25 many years and at Provident Mutual/Nationwide Insurance plan Co. for 15 many years. He was the president of the dad or mum-teacher association at Leasure Faculty, president of Glendale Civic Affiliation and member of the Countrywide Rifle Affiliation.
Greg relished fixing things (jack of all trades), shelling out time with buddies and family members at their family members family vacation property in Bethany Seaside, tenting, fishing and flea markets. He particularly liked shelling out time with his five grandchildren and all their pursuits.
He is survived by his spouse Carol of 46 many years his daughters, Amy Brennan and Karen Okonowicz (spouse Eddie) of Middletown, Delaware his grandchildren, Emma, Trevor, Audrey, Connor and Jack his sister, JoAnn Kuchak-Kettner of Potomac, Maryland his brothers-in-law, George Kettner, Gus Marcinkevich and Ron Marcinkevich his sisters-in-law, Marlene Swaha and Betty Kokinda his aunt, Sophie many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Kuchak his mother, Rose Lemech-Kuchak his brothers, Larry Kuchak and Tom Kuchak his brothers-in-law, Jim Marcinkevich, Joe Marcinkevich, Walter (JR) Marcinkevich, Nick Swaha and Joe Kokinda.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Our Woman of Fatima, 801 N. DuPont Blvd., New Castle, Delaware. A committal services will observe at Veterans Cemetery.
