Michael Richard Bien-Aime, 25, of Heartwood Circle, Martinsburg, was arraigned Monday in Berkeley County Magistrate Court on the felony charge of forgery.

Shawn Douglas Devlin, 23, of Faulkner Avenue Martinsburg, was arraigned Wednesday in Berkeley County Magistrate Court on the misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Alvin Leo Fisher, Jr. 52, of North Queen Street, Martinsburg, was arraigned Wednesday in Berkeley County Magistrate Court on the misdemeanor charge of DUI.

Anthony E. Gilbert, 28, of Sedona Court, Martinsburg, was arraigned Wednesday in Berkeley County Magistrate Court on the misdemeanor charge of DUI.

Shawn Justin Gardner, 28, of First Street, Inwood, was arraigned Wednesday in Berkeley County Magistrate Court on the misdemeanor charges of obstructing an officer, fleeing from an officer, making false statements to an officer and interfering with police emergency communications.

Jesse Lee Malone, 21, of Crabapple Court, Martinsburg, was arraigned Wednesday in Berkeley County Magistrate Court on the felony charge of driving revoked for DUI on the third violation.

Aster Moore III, 44, no fixed address, was arraigned Thursday in Berkeley County Magistrate Court on the felony charge of domestic battery, third offense.

Adam Gabriel Rozas, 37, Joshua Drive, Martinsburg, was arraigned Wednesday in Berkeley County Magistrate Court on the misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

Curtis Alan Sine, 31 of East North Street, Charles Town, was arraigned Thursday in Jefferson County Magistrate Court on the misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license.

Jason Lee Tisdale, 40, of Rustling Leaf Place, Kearnseysville, was arraigned Wednesday in Berkeley County Magistrate Court on misdemeanor charges of littering, unsigned registration card and aggravated DUI.

John Robert Willingham, 28, of North Maple Avenue, was arraigned Wednesday in Berkeley County Magistrate Court on the misdemeanor charges of shoplifting and fleeing from police on foot.

Denise Judith Wollen, 53, of Brawley School Road, Mooresville, North Carolina, was arraigned Thursday in Jefferson County Magistrate Court on the misdemeanor charges of failure to maintain control of a vehicle, driving while on the revoked list, driving without motor vehicle insurance, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident and DUI.
