Valhalla, New York-based insurance brokerage and consulting company USI Insurance Services said it has acquired Atlanta-based brokerage Johnson & Bryan. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Minneapolis-based Insurance Marketing & Communications Association said it will hold a webcast called “Marketers and Communicators Play Key Role in Insurance Fraud Prevention Awareness,” at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 22. This one-hour program is to be presented by Tom Donahue, executive director of the Pennsylvania Insurance Fraud Prevention Authority. The webcast is free for members and $49.95 for everyone else. Boston-based catastrophic risk management consulting and modeling company Karen Clark & Co. said it has released its RiskInsight Version 4.4, an update which includes enhancements to the custom model building capabilities and client integration modules, and performance optimization.

London-based underwriter ANV Holdings B.V. said it has been acquired by New York City-based AmTrust Financial Services Inc. from the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan for approximately $203 million in cash. ANV syndicates 1861, 779 and 5820 now operate as part of AmTrust at Lloyd’s of London.

Richmond, Virginia-based specialty insurer Kinsale Insurance Co. said it has released its private company/organization directors and offficers insurance product, which can be considered on a stand-alone basis or packaged with its employment practices kability and fiduciary liability insurance products. Coverage is written non-admitted with up to a $5 million limit capacity on a primary basis.

Chicago-based insurance brokerage Hub International Ltd. said that it has acquired certain assets of Falmouth, Massachusetts-based Luk-Sal LLC, operating as DFM Insurance Agency. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

HUB International also said it has acquired assets of Kalispell, Montana-based MDA Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

HUB International also said it has redesigned its logo and website at HubInternational.com.

Jersey City, New Jersey-based property and casualty insurance risk information source Insurance Services Office said it is now offering miscellaneous professional liability coverage to protect the professional services sector. The coverage includes rules, forms and loss costs for 27 professional business classes experiencing growth.

Richfield, Ohio-based National Interstate Insurance Co. said it has started construction on its third building on its corporate campus. The new building will serve as the centerpiece on National Interstate’s campus and will connect its two existing buildings via walkways.

San Juan, Puerto Rico-based Advantage Insurance said it has acquired Puerto Rico-based insurer U.S. Commonwealth Life A.I. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Jersey City, New Jersey-based data analytics provider Verisk Analytics Inc. said it has acquired United Kingdom-based geographic data company GeoInformation Group. GeoInformation will continue to operate in its current location in Cambridge.

New York City-based insurance broker Marsh LLC said it plans to acquire London-based brokerage Bluefin Insurance Group Ltd. from AXA Group. The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval, is expected to close in the first quarter of 2017.
